What items are eligible for return?

        ● Item is in original purchased condition, unused, unworn. 

        ● Item is within 30 days of delivery. 


Return Process

        1. Please email us at service@jewelry1000.com to request an RMA number.

        2. We will provide you with the RMA number and the return address. 

        3. You send the item back to us, with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. 

        4. We receive the item and give you a full refund. 


Who is responsible for return shipping costs? 

It depends on the reason for return.

We will bear the return shipping costs for returns due to: 

        ● Wrong item shipped. 

        ● Wrong size. 

        ● Product defects. 

        ● Other reasons on our side.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for returns due to: 

        ● I don't like it, or I no longer need it.

        ● I ordered a wrong item.

        ● I ordered a wrong size. 

        ● Item is not as expected. 


When will the refund arrive? 

We will refund you immediately after we inspect the return. 

The money will be refunded against your PayPal account or your credit card used on the original purchase. 

The refund may take a few days to reach your credit card. This depends on the agreement between PayPal and your bank. 


What to do if the package or item arrives damaged?

Please refuse the package and contact us immediately.
